Our items are returnable. We require that returned items and item packaging, remain in their original factory condition.
- Fibers can easily pick up odors including but not limited to food, perfume or smoke. Keep the item in its original box as much as possible.
- Do not alter the bangs, add spray/gel, or make other alterations until you are sure about your purchase.
Due to the nature of accessory items they are considered final sale, and cannot be returned.
We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
Cancellation Policy
1. The order can be canceled within 3 hours after placing your order.
2. Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be canceled.
Take your time - up to 15 days to decide if you truly want to return the item.
We DO cover the shipping for refund if there is product quality issue or wrong items, but for non-quality issues, cost for shipment need to be paid by customer themselves.
Please aware, we DO NOT cover customs clearance fees for international shipments.
Please aware, there is restocking fee for returned product (5%) For exchange product we don't charge for restocking fee.
We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return. Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account (allow an additional 3 to 9 business days).
