Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

If you just don't like the items you received, ordered a wrong item or want an exchange, please return the package at your own return cost, and email us your return tracking number. We will refund your money when we receive the return in good condition.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at allen@haircube.net with your order number first. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the addresse we provided you through email: allen@haircube.net

If you ordered a wrong item or just don't like the item, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please return the package within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date, and email us your return tracking number. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return. Please keep in mind your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account (allow an additional 3 to 9 business days).

We require that returned items and item packaging, remain in their original factory condition.

  • Fibers can easily pick up odors including but not limited to food, perfume or smoke. Keep the item in its original box as much as possible.
  • Do not alter the bangs, add spray/gel, or make other alterations until you are sure about your purchase.

Due to the nature of accessory items they are considered final sale, and cannot be returned.

We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. 

Cancellation Policy

1. The order can be canceled within 3 hours after placing your order.

2. Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be canceled.

Take your time - up to 15 days to decide if you truly want to return the item.

Return and exchange postage is on buyer.
we DO NOT cover customs clearance fees for international shipments.

Please aware, there is restocking fee for returned product (5%) For exchange product we don't charge for restocking fee.

If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will pay all return shipping charges. Please return the package within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date, and email us your return tracking number and billing receipt for the refund of return shipping cost. We will refund your original order amount and return shipping cost within 3 to 5 business days after we receive your return package. The return shipping cost will be refunded through the same payment method of your order.

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return for convenience.

You can still return the item when it has not been used yet after fifteen (15) days but within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. 

You can not return any items after thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your billing account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  •     With more than 10% discounts and delivered in good condition
  •     Promotion items delivered in good condition are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
  •     After thirty (30) days of the delivery date
